Where Is Our MP Again?
Today, South Mugirango MP Silvanus Osoro was visible and vocal as he congratulated graduands of the Administration Police Training College (APTC) pass-out.
He went further to give special mention to one of the officers, Sagini Isaiah, in a public post.
Meanwhile, in Likuyani, the question keeps returning:
Where is our MP?
This is not the first time the issue has come up. Whenever police recruitment, TSC opportunities, or pass-out ceremonies take place, some MPs are seen actively engaging and celebrating with their constituents. In Likuyani, the pattern has been different — silence and absence.
Residents have previously raised concerns about the lack of visible support from the MP’s office during recruitment seasons. Today’s pass-out has only reinforced that feeling.
One MP is on the ground celebrating his people.
Another is nowhere to be seen.
Questions on the ground:
How many youth from Likuyani were in today’s pass-out?
Why does the MP’s office remain quiet during these key moments?
Is this becoming a pattern — missing when it matters most?
Likuyani youth are watching. Opportunities do not wait for silent leaders.
Stay informed. Stay ahead.
